It seems as if this is either an exaggeration, or a mistake. Either way, let's put this thing into perspective. We knew this was coming, and the State elected officials let it happen. You can't continually increase spending because you have short term increases in revenue. Our state legislators are incompetent, and there's no nicer way to put it.
