Time for an initiative so the voters can change the rules and control the expenditures of their taxdollars. There's nothing like public intervention into a dysfunctional, greedy agency! Woof! Woof! I hope that is the plan by the IRWD. It is a smart plan, however when the dividends exceed the need for more revenue, that cash should be paying the bills, not continuing bills to the tax payers. Everyone knows there's endless cheap fresh water for the future, and it's only going to get cheaper to build pipelines, reservoirs, treatment facilities, etc. Future, unknown technologies will make it so. If not, we'll just pass a few bond measures for it rather than building and wisely investing reserves. Everyone knows there’s endless cheap fresh water for the future, and it’s only going to get cheaper to build pipelines, reservoirs, treatment facilities, etc. Future, unknown technologies will make it so. If not, we’ll just pass a few bond measures for it rather than building and wisely investing reserves.
