Yep, we’re chocked full of unqualified people, Peter Principle at it’s most extreme. I know of one guy who’s claim of a B.S. is just that. Doesn’t have the intelligence of a H.S. grad; one of TODAY’s H.S. grads.

Easy Answer:
Fire all current County employees found to state an untruth on their application for employment.
End of story.
With all the benefits and retirement awarded to those who work for the County the employees should be accountable above the standard of excellence to the citizens of the OC.
